Muay Thai Training
We teach one of the most comprehensive curriculum in the art of Muay Thai, including Self-Defense, Sport, and Martial Arts training. We also provide special programs such as Kids Muay Thai and Fitness Kickboxing.
Muay Thai is a powerful Martial Art developed by warriors and perfected in the battlefields of Southeast Asia. It was the preferred method of bare knuckle combat, evolving into gladiator combat where fighters fought for honor, until it eventually became the national sport of Thailand. Today, Muay Thai is enjoyed and trained all over the world. Each place of training, however, has their own set of training methods and philosophy. We teach Muay Thai, not just as a sport, but as a well-rounded Martial Arts system. This includes its own set of distinct methodologies, methodologies that were constantly applied and perfected in war and fights with no rules. Aside from its combative approach, the true Muay Thai masters of the past developed a Martial Arts system that transcends the physical. Hence, the art of Muay Thai incorporates, not only the most effective and strategic aspects of fighting, but the philosophical, cultural, and spiritual depth which results from learning with knowledgeable teachers, interacting with peers, and applying the teachings into everyday living.
Through authentic Muay Thai training, one has the ability to develop many skills such as practical skills for self-defense, artistic skills for self-expression, mental skills for self-development, and warrior skills for self-determination, including the attainment of knowledge and wisdom which leads to martial proficiency and, ultimately, personal enlightenment.

Muay Thai Beyond Sport
We have a full curriculum in Muay Thai which goes beyond endurance and strength training. Ask yourself, what happens to fighters after their peak years, when they no longer have their youth, physical power, and stamina to be on top of their game? Should a practitioner of any form of combat just accept the fact that a younger, stronger, faster, and physically superior fighter will always win against an older, weaker, and slower opponent? Usually, this is the general rule. Each fighter has a number of peak fighting years prior to retiring, then the body ages faster and accumulates numerous injuries from the abuse of overtraining and treating the body like a machine. Understand that if you train your body to be physically strong, able to take hits, and have impeccable endurance, then as a fighter, you will always rely on these attributes in a confrontation. Such abilities which rely on shear athleticism diminishes through time. Unlike machines, our bodies can only take a certain amount of pounding before it gets worn out. Time and time again, the strongest of fighters eventually fall victim to age and must rely on other skills and abilities to overcome a hungrier and more forceful adversary.
To be effective even in the later years, a good foundation must be built, where each technique consistently practiced, complemented by purposeful exercises, and followed by sequences perfected for each real life situation, both inside and outside the ring. Training must include much more than just raw power and endurance workouts. In other words, it must include constant technique development, along with proper breathing and body strengthening, as well as varying stages of scenario-based drills. We provide students with a strong base and as many combinations as each student can absorb while emphasizing proper application. Most places of training provide only a handful of combos and focus more on hitting hard and overpowering an opponent. A handful of techniques may or may not be shown, depending on the depth of each instructor. Throwing punches, kicks, elbows and knees without the appropriate form, execution, angles, and mindset does not constitute a full Muay Thai curriculum. Even at the most basic level, showing someone how to hit hard or overpower a weaker or lesser skilled opponent does not make a fighting system complete. Developing optimum force is simply one aspect of Muay Thai training. Aside from building a good foundation, students must learn the techniques, concepts, strategies, and wisdom of Muay Thai seldom found anywhere else. Our curriculum is authentic, systematic, comprehensive, even academic and meticulously designed to enhance practicality and effectiveness. Yet aside from these obvious differences, what makes us truly stand out is our commitment towards providing a positive learning environment, where the best of both modern and traditional methods come together as one.
