Tailored for the best modern day warriors, Muay Thai is known as the science of eight limbs. By using body weapons proven to work in the ring, few other combat systems provide the practicality and effectiveness of stand-up fighting that Muay Thai offers. Muay Thai as a stand-up style incorporates natural striking skills such as punches, kicks, knees and elbows.
Muay Boran
Ancient Muay Thai, aka Muay Boran, is the original Muay Thai. Long before modern Muay Thai became a national sport, it existed as a complete fighting system and included the use of striking, grabbing, breaking, throwing, and rolling moves. While modern Muay Thai fights can often be televised and featured in many events, Muay Boran is an almost lost art, recognized by some, performed by few, and mastered by a handful.
Kids Muay Thai
Muay Thai classes for kids are specifically designed for youth training. Unlike adults, kids require special attention in many different areas of learning, including focus retention, motor skills development, and physical coordination. In general, Muay Thai training for kids increases real confidence by learning real self-defense skills. The process of attaining these skills, however, is just as important as the goal itself. In other words, while learning about Muay Thai, kids also learn important life skills such as humility, understanding, teamwork, responsibility, and hard work, just to name a few.

One-on-one training is available for those who have specific fitness or training goals, limited training time, or simply desire to learn in a private atmosphere. Specialized training focuses on specific exercises to develop proficiency in certain skills that a student desires. Private training schedule must be agreed upon by both the student and instructor.
Sport Training
This training regimen focuses solely on ring fighting to develop each skill needed to become a successful fighter with Muay Thai skills. Such skills will take into account striking, clinching, ring strategy, endurance and explosiveness training as well as light to heavy sparring. Other skills will be based on a specific fighter’s needs in conjunction with the trainer’s advice.
